I went to Ascot this year and had a lovely time. I took a few photos that really encapsulated the day, you cant beat a picnic with strawberries and cream, to top it off I even saw the queen!

bought myself a print didnt I!
bought myself a print by artist Kerry roper... I had wanted this for aaaaages so I treated myself with a little wage bonus!! Bought it in the sale from Paper Scissor Stone in Leeds which has sadly closed down. They still do some cool stuff through this site though http://www.electronicpoet.com/

A little project a Nation of shopkeepers
Butterflies are made from old sheet music I bought in charity shops and the flowers are made from sheet music and also Nation of Shopkeeper posters.

Playing with the Hipstamatic app on my iphone
It would seem that everyone has also discovered this fun app, thought I would post a few results anyway. I love using my Holga film camera but it just costs too much to buy and process the film so this is a nice cheap alternative.. even if it isn't quite the same!
